iPad e-signatureWe have improved the e-signature process to make e-signing documents even easier for your parents and students/athletes.

The initial release of e-signatures required parents to enable an e-signature with an email address for their child if they were under the age of 18.  With this release, we have made improvements to the e-signature functionality to allow parents the ability to manage an e-signature for their students/athletes without having to create a new account. To enable this feature, please contact us.

There are several areas where a parent will be able to help their student/athlete create an e-signature. Parents can access e-signatures from the manage accounts section, or they will be able to create their student’s/athlete’s e-signature after applying their own e-signature to documents. The following enhancements will be available on July, 28, 2015.

New Custom Notifications:

Custom notifications will allow authorized school faculty to send custom notifications to athletes directly from Privit Profile™. To see full details on the new custom notification function, visit our Help Center here.

Enhanced Electronic Signatures:

User Home PagePrivit Profile™ has always allowed primary account holders to apply e-signatures, now both the primary account holder and any additional family members can apply e-signatures to documents. This new feature allows an account owner with a new or existing account to authorize their athlete to log in and apply an e-signature to a document. New Document Archiving:Document Archive

Archived documents will be placed in a separate tab. You will still be able to access archived documents and easily restore if needed. To see full details on the new document archiving function, visit our Help Center here.

 

Track Physical Expiration Dates:

Schools have the option to track physical dates and physical expiration dates in Privit Profile. Team lists can then be sorted by the physical expiration date for a convenient view of physical dates in the order in which they expire. Privit Profile™ (formerly Privit e-PPE®) expands its language preferences to include Latin American Spanish!

Latin American Spanish Home PageMore than 400 million people speak Spanish in North America alone! As Privit Profile™ continues to be adopted throughout the United States it made sense to include Latin American Spanish to better service clients. The other language preference currently offered is French Canadian.

You can easily select your language preference with just the click of a mouse! In the upper right of your screen select your language preference from the dropdown.  Once you have made the selection, the text will immediately change to your selected language.
