The following enhancements will be available on July, 28, 2015.
New Custom Notifications:
Custom notifications will allow authorized school faculty to send custom notifications to athletes directly from Privit Profile™. To see full details on the new custom notification function, visit our Help Center here.
Enhanced Electronic Signatures:
Privit Profile™ has always allowed primary account holders to apply e-signatures, now both the primary account holder and any additional family members can apply e-signatures to documents. This new feature allows an account owner with a new or existing account to authorize their athlete to log in and apply an e-signature to a document. New Document Archiving:
Archived documents will be placed in a separate tab. You will still be able to access archived documents and easily restore if needed. To see full details on the new document archiving function, visit our Help Center here.
Track Physical Expiration Dates:
Schools have the option to track physical dates and physical expiration dates in Privit Profile. Team lists can then be sorted by the physical expiration date for a convenient view of physical dates in the order in which they expire.
